Pet in Chat (the "Platform") places the utmost importance on your privacy and the security of your personal data in the pet-parent community services we provide through our mobile application.

1.1. Data Responsibility

Information in your user profile — such as your age, gender, your pets and their species and breed, and the activities you are up for — is shared with other platform users so that pet-parent matching can be performed. In line with our privacy principles, your private messages and your conversations in voice rooms are never sold or shared with third parties or advertisers.

1.2. Device Permissions

While using the app, the following permissions are required on your device:

  • Camera and Gallery: Used so you can upload a profile photo or share images during chat.
  • Microphone: Required so you can talk in voice rooms and send voice messages.
  • Location: Used to accurately detect and list pet parents, veterinarians and lost-pet alerts near you.
  • Notifications: Used to provide instant updates about new matches, messages, and contest invitations.

1.3. Categories of Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we process the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: email address, phone number, date of birth, name, bio, and profile photo.
  • Location data: approximate latitude/longitude and derived city/country, used for nearby-owner matching.
  • Device data: a hashed device identifier, IP address, application version, and push-notification token.
  • Usage data: in-app activity events, crash reports, and session information, used to keep the service stable and to improve it.

Your private messages and your conversations in voice rooms are never sold or shared with third parties or advertisers.

1.4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You can deactivate your profile or delete your account entirely at any time from the in-app settings menu. Both self-service account deletion and data deletion are available inside the application. The personal data of deleted accounts is permanently removed from our systems.

ما در وب‌سایت خود (petinchat.com) تبلیغ نمایش نمی‌دهیم؛ تبلیغات پس از ورود به حساب، درون برنامه Pet in Chat و در سطح رایگان توسط Google AdMob نمایش داده می‌شوند و اشتراک Plus، Gold یا Premium آن‌ها را غیرفعال می‌کند. با این حال اسکریپت Google AdSense در صفحات وب ما اجرا می‌شود، بنابراین ممکن است کوکی‌های تبلیغاتی Google در آنجا نوشته شوند. تأمین‌کنندگان ثالث، از جمله Google، از کوکی‌ها و شناسه‌های تبلیغاتی موبایل برای نمایش و سنجش تبلیغات بر پایهٔ بازدیدهای پیشین شما از این سایت و سایت‌ها یا اپلیکیشن‌های دیگر استفاده می‌کنند. تبلیغ‌دهندگان هرگز به پیام‌های خصوصی، گفت‌وگوهای اتاق صوتی یا اطلاعات تماس شما دسترسی ندارند: انتخاب تبلیغ بر دادهٔ کوکی و شناسه‌ای که Google گردآوری می‌کند استوار است، نه بر محتوای گفت‌وگوهای شما. در وب، کوکی‌های تبلیغاتی تنها پس از پذیرش دستهٔ "بازاریابی" تنظیم می‌شوند؛ در iOS می‌توانید ردیابی اپلیکیشن را نیز رد کنید. هر زمان می‌توانید تبلیغات شخصی‌سازی‌شده را در تنظیمات تبلیغات Google خاموش کنید. فهرست کامل کوکی‌ها و همهٔ پیوندهای انصراف در سیاست کوکی و SDK ما آمده است.
